If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.

After you place an order, an email confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the email address that was entered on your order form. Once payment has been approved, your order will be dispatched and you will be notified by email.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Customers can pay by credit card, PayPal or Afterpay. Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollar currency and all prices include GST.

 

CREDIT CARD

When paying by credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When ordering we want you to feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe.

We do not store credit card details; they are encrypted within your transaction.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We at Mariposa Gypsy hope you love your new purchase.

Returns are accepted on items within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this time period will not be accepted.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Original receipt must be obtained as proof of purchase.

Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be returned with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.

We do not offer refunds, but will happily exchange the size, if available, or give a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 3 months.

No return/exchange on sale items, jewellery, lingerie, swimwear (hygiene reasons), or footwear if soles are marked or scratched.

No refunds are issued unless items are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair or replace faulty items after contacting the agents. It will be up to their discretion.

Please note that all returns/exchanges/refunds are subject to quality inspection by Mariposa Gypsy.

All returns/exchanges sent via post are at the cost of the customer. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
