RETURNS POLICY

In-store returns

Mariposa Gypsy does not offer refunds on items purchased in store.

We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection and presentation of a valid receipt.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags attached

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, intimates, and jewellery are not eligible for return.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Online returns

Please read carefully before placing your order.

Our returns policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We are happy to accommodate returns for full-priced items, including those purchased using a welcome or standard discount code.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that an item is received faulty and cannot be repaired, Mariposa Gypsy will provide a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible:

• Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact

• The return must be initiated and shipped back within 7 days of the item being dispatched

If items are not sent back within this timeframe, they will be returned to the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed excluding original shipping costs.

Exclusions

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

• Swimwear, intimates, and earrings, for hygiene reasons

• Sale items

• Items purchased using promotional, flash sale, birthday, or sale discount codes

Items purchased using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card only.

Return shipping

• We strongly recommend using a registered postal service with tracking for all returns

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Shipping costs for approved replacement items will be covered by Mariposa Gypsy

Once approved, you will be issued a returns reference number. Returns sent without this reference number may not be accepted.
